Driving Instructions
Drive South on hwy 27 from Somerset ------ continue through Burnside and the turn
off is 4.3 miles from the traffic light in Burnside (the traffic light is at the intersection
of hwy 27 and French St. in Brunside go straight), You will go through the little town
of Tateville and past the Kingsford charcoal plant and within 2 miles you will see a
bald mountain ahead and to the left as you begin to descend a large hill.
Turn left on Dixie Bend Rd (marked with reflector tape on the fence)
Continue 1.4 miles up Dixie Bend Rd.
You will see a blue water tower (looks like a silo) and a dirt road leading (straight )off
the pavement. This is Dixie Tower Rd and the cabins are 100 yards ahead just past
the tower
NOTE:
The dirt road goes straight and the paved road (Dixie Bend Rd) curves to the left
and begins to descend. (If you pass the tower you went too far)
